{"id":1969,"date":"2026-03-05T11:36:31","date_gmt":"2026-03-05T10:36:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/csv.aititubi.es\/el-idi-y-la-uib-firman-un-acuerdo-para-promover-el-desarrollo-de-materiales-de-construccion-de-kilometro-cero\/"},"modified":"2026-05-04T10:19:22","modified_gmt":"2026-05-04T08:19:22","slug":"el-idi-y-la-uib-firman-un-acuerdo-para-promover-el-desarrollo-de-materiales-de-construccion-de-kilometro-cero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/csvtest.aititubi.es\/es\/el-idi-y-la-uib-firman-un-acuerdo-para-promover-el-desarrollo-de-materiales-de-construccion-de-kilometro-cero\/","title":{"rendered":"El IDI y la UIB firman un acuerdo para promover el desarrollo de materiales de construcci\u00f3n de kil\u00f3metro cero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.12.2021<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Instituto Balear de Innovaci\u00f3n Empresarial (IDI) ha firmado un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n con la Fundaci\u00f3n Universitaria Balear de la Empresa (UIB\/FUIB) para investigar y desarrollar nuevos materiales basados en residuos y materias primas locales, para incorporarlos al dise\u00f1o de nuevos productos para los sectores productivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-19234 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/csvconstruccion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/IDI-UIB-Km0-materials-7-300x210.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"434\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan una nota de prensa de la Consejer\u00eda de Transici\u00f3n Energ\u00e9tica, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democr\u00e1tica, el convenio se ha firmado en el marco del proyecto &#8216;LOOP, dise\u00f1o y circularidad&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El IDI, entidad dependiente de la Vicepresidencia y Consejer\u00eda de Transici\u00f3n Energ\u00e9tica, Sectores Productivos y Memoria Democr\u00e1tica, puso en marcha el pasado mes de abril el proyecto &#8216;LOOP&#8217; con el objetivo de dar a conocer el concepto de circularidad y vincularlo a los profesionales del dise\u00f1o y a las empresas para crear productos que cumplan con los est\u00e1ndares de est\u00e9tica, funcionalidad y econom\u00eda circular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A trav\u00e9s de esta colaboraci\u00f3n entre &#8216;LOOP&#8217; y la UIB\/FUEIB, el Grupo de Investigaci\u00f3n de Construcciones Arquitect\u00f3nicas e Ingenier\u00eda de la Edificaci\u00f3n ha identificado diferentes materiales de rechazo de origen local que tienen un gran potencial de transformaci\u00f3n, haciendo una clara apuesta por los materiales locales, que est\u00e1n vinculados al territorio y a su circularidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De este modo, ya se han obtenido los primeros resultados con la investigaci\u00f3n realizada por Carolina Garc\u00eda Espinar, que actualmente trabaja para la empresa constructora de inmuebles de lujo, <a href=\"https:\/\/csvconstruccion.com\/\">CSV Construcci\u00f3n<\/a>, como jefa de obra -en el marco de un proyecto de fin de carrera (Edificaci\u00f3n) de la UIB, tutorizado por el Dr. Francesc Masdeu y el Dr. Joan Mu\u00f1oz- en el que ha creado un nuevo material de kil\u00f3metro cero con materiales de origen org\u00e1nico, como c\u00e1scaras de almendra, huesos de aceituna, pieles de uva y harina, junto con aglutinantes como resina de pino disuelta con acetona y hoja de nopal triturada. Todos estos materiales se han combinado para crear una variedad de muestras para el estudio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-19225 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/csvconstruccion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/IDI-UIB-Km0-materials-3-300x201.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"624\" height=\"418\" \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las combinaciones y dosis finales que muestran una buena cohesi\u00f3n, dureza y estabilidad abren un nuevo campo de investigaci\u00f3n para el desarrollo de nuevos productos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed que el siguiente paso es que los dise\u00f1adores trabajen con el nuevo material para mostrar todo su potencial.
